Presence has been retired

DearWith no longer provides Presence creation, AI conversations, or memory building. The app now focuses on My Moments, Family Moments, and Letters.

Letters continue independently

Letters do not require a Presence. Use scheduled delivery or Open When, which goes to the selected recipient’s inbox for them to open when appropriate. See the Letter guide.

Subscriptions

VIP does not unlock or restore Presence features. Current benefits are listed on Free & VIP. This change does not itself cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions through your Apple account.

Historical content and questions

Retirement does not itself delete historical Presence content or purchase records. It also does not provide in-app access to retired features. Data handling and deletion remain subject to the Privacy Policy. For questions about historical content or purchases, contact [email protected].
