Moments hold text, photos, and one voice recording. Use them on their own or together. My Moments shows all entries you create: private entries, pending shares, and Moments published to your spaces.
Choose who can see an entry
New entries created from My Moments default to Only Me. Entries created from a space default to that space. Check the visibility control before saving; you can change it to Only Me or one space you have joined.
Adding a friend does not automatically share entries. There is no public feed or stranger discovery.
Create your first Moment
- Open Moments in My Moments mode and tap +.
- Write a few words, take or choose photos, or record your voice.
- Add your own tags or a location if you like, and check visibility.
- Tap Save. For private entries, no two-minute wait is added. Sharing to a space follows the Family Moments publishing flow.
Your own timeline keeps entries in their original date order. Sharing an entry does not move it out of My Moments. Space timelines use the time of publication to that space. Editing or commenting does not bump an entry to the top.
Tags and location
Tags organize your own records and are not shared with space members. A location attached to a shared Moment is visible with that entry, including its saved place name and coordinates. Review or remove it before sharing if needed.

Media limits follow the author’s personal plan, including in a space. Members do not need VIP to view a shared entry. Saved photos and audio are not trimmed when VIP expires; adding photos or re-recording audio follows current limits.
Moments and Letters
Moments are for keeping your days and sharing selected entries with a space. Letters are for yourself or one friend to receive at a chosen future time or as an Open When letter. You cannot currently convert a Moment directly into a Letter.
