Family Moments lets you share everyday life with family, your partner, or close friends in a private space. There is no public feed, likes, or stranger discovery.
Create or join a space
Open Profile → Family Moments to create or manage spaces. You can create or join up to 5 spaces, with up to 20 members in each, including the owner. These limits are the same for Free and VIP. No relationship type or binding is required.
Only the owner can invite. A direct invitation to a friend requires their acceptance; a link or QR code leads to a request that the owner must approve. Pending invitations and requests do not grant access. New members can view all published history, so consider existing content before inviting someone.
Check visibility before publishing
Entries created from My Moments default to Only Me; those created in a space default to that space. Visibility is available in every editor. An entry can be shared with only one space at a time. All entries you create stay in My Moments.
The two-minute window and cancellation
The full 120-second pending window starts after the server has the content and media ready and confirms the publication schedule. Members cannot see it yet. Upload time is not part of the window. Once the server countdown starts, locking your phone, going offline, or closing the app does not stop it.
Use the entry’s edit or cancel action if you change your mind. Cancelling keeps the content and makes it Only Me. Wait for server confirmation: being offline or having an unknown request result does not establish that publication has been stopped.
Editing a pending entry first requests cancellation of the original schedule. After you explicitly save and publish again, a new full two-minute window starts when the content is ready. Leaving the editor midway does not automatically resume publication.
Published entries and comments
Editing an already published entry in the same space updates it after successful sync, without another two-minute wait. You can withdraw it to Only Me or move it to another space. Moving first revokes the old space’s access, then uses a new two-minute publishing window.
Members can add text comments and simple replies. There are no likes. Commenters can delete their own comments; the Moment’s author can delete comments on that entry. Being the space owner alone does not grant comment-deletion rights. Comments cannot be edited; delete and repost a correction.
Comments are kept separately for each space. After withdrawal, only the Moment’s author can see the old comments. They do not carry over to a different space. If you can no longer access an entry, use Help & Feedback to request deletion of your own historical comments.
Leaving and managing spaces
Leaving or being removed automatically makes your entries in that space Only Me and stops pending publication to it. Rejoining does not automatically share them again.
The owner manages invitations and membership, can transfer ownership, or dissolve the space. They can remove a Moment from the space without deleting the author’s own content. Dissolution returns shared entries to their authors as private entries. There is one owner; the owner must transfer ownership or dissolve the space before leaving.
Plans and privacy
Media limits follow the author’s personal plan. Members do not need VIP to view shared content. Personal tags are not shared; attached locations are. Withdrawing access cannot retrieve copies someone has already saved.
